The scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information.
• Supply necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Respond to revision requests within agreed timeframes.
• Review submitted work before final approval.
• Ensure they have the legal right to provide any materials shared with BN Publication.

Project delays caused by missing information or prolonged communication may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of their original ideas, manuscripts, research, and materials.
• Upon full payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client.
• BN Publication retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, methodologies, and proprietary workflows.
• We do not claim ownership of your published work.

 

Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting your work. All manuscripts, drafts, business information, recordings, notes, and related project materials shared with BN Publication are treated as confidential.

We will never disclose or distribute your project materials without your permission unless required by law. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

Revisions

Many of our services include revisions as outlined in the agreed project scope. Revisions apply to refining existing work and do not include:

• Complete rewrites
• Major changes to the project direction
• New chapters or significant additional content
• Requests outside the original scope

Additional work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before the project begins. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Work may require an upfront deposit.
• Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid.
• Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in project suspension.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed work
• Approved deliverables
• Services already rendered

If concerns arise during a project, we encourage clients to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. Timelines may change due to:
